Arice Chang
Programs Associate
Arice joined TDC as a programs associate in 2022. She provides support for TDC’s foundation clients and their grantee organizations in the arts and culture sector.
Arice graduated from Rutgers University in 2022 with a BA in Mathematics and minor concentrations in Women’s and Gender Studies and Classical Humanities. During her time at Rutgers, Arice was a part of the Active Allyship for Social and Racial Justice Changemaking Community, where she engaged in social and community building activities relating to social justice. She also worked with a research team to study “toxic techno-cultures” within male spaces on social media platforms and was a Sales Associate at her local metaphysical supplies and crystal shop.
