Human Resources Consultant
Gordon Gottlieb, Human Resources Consultant, joined TDC in 1997. His consulting work focuses on the evolving human resource and board development needs of small to medium sized nonprofit organizations throughout New England. For smaller organizations, he helps develop or refine effective HR systems, including personnel policies, performance evaluation systems, job descriptions, and salary administration programs; and provides guidance and expertise in handling delicate employee relations. For larger organizations, his practice focuses on HR assessments, the analysis of staffing structures and roles during times of growth or retrenchment, and executive director evaluations. For clients of all sizes, he helps organizational leaders become stronger supervisors through coaching and training.
Prior to TDC, Gordon managed human resources functions at nonprofits, including Northeastern University and the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee. Gordon holds a BA from Tufts University and a MS in management with a human resources concentration from Lesley University.
