Bailey Hoar, Project Manager, joined TDC in 2014. Her practice focuses on leveraging data to help answer critical questions, spark conversation and reflection, and support strategic decision-making. She works closely with stakeholders across organizations to ensure data is relevant and to make meaning of the findings to arrive at potential implications. Her work spans strategic business planning projects; targeted research and analysis with individual nonprofit organizations; program management and grant coaching for TDC’s engagements with foundations and philanthropies; and TDC’s sector-wide research engagements.
Before joining TDC, Bailey worked as a project manager for Opera North in Lebanon, New Hampshire, as well as education, youth services and performing arts organizations throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. Bailey graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a BA in philosophy and music.
