Our management consulting practice consists of ten professionals with diverse backgrounds in the nonprofit, government and private sectors. Our client teams are small and highly collegial. Team members of every level of experience are involved in all levels of a project, including client meetings and discussions of key strategic questions. As such, they easily separate the wheat from the chaff, and think from a multiplicity of viewpoints. TDC is currently conducting a search for the Associate position. TDC Associates play a key role in project research, project logistics and project management. Qualified candidates will have attained a BA/BS with high levels of academic performance. Additionally they will have had 1-3 years work experience involving financial/data analysis and/or statistical research, ideally in a research or nonprofit environment.
